  • How long does it take to ship my order?
    Handling time usually is 3-4 working days
  • What is the status of my order?
    After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email shortly confirming your order and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number with estimated delivery date.
  • Can I change my order?
    Yes, you can change your order as long as it is still not dispatched. once its dispatched you will have to wait until you receive the order and return it within 30 days.
  • Is there a warranty?
    All of our products have a warranty of 1 - 2 years, if you receive a defective product or your product stops working within warranty time, please contact us and we will either send you a replacement or refund you the money
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    As we handle payments with Stripe or Paypal. we accept the following cards; Visa Mastercard American Express Discover Cartes Bancaires JCB
  • Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?
    It depends on your region. If Paypal offers 3 or 4 payments plans in your region then you can use it to place an order with Buffcasa
  • Which currency will I be charged in?
    As we handle payments with Stripe, we accept payments in 135+ currencies, So you will be charged in your native currency

    the Handling time of an order is 3 - 4 working days
  • Will I pay taxes for international shipping?
    No, all of our prices include taxes. if you have been contacted by courier and asked you to pay taxes. please contact us and we will refund you the tax amount
  • Do you offer fast shipping?
    Currently we only offer one method of shipping and the delivery time depends on your region. Normally the shipping is not more than 20 working days. if any delays happens you can contact us and we will investigate the situation and offer a compensation for the delay
  • How can I track my package?
    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking number by Email
  • How long does it take to process a return?
    Once we receive the returned item, we will issue you a refund and it take about 7 working days to arrive to your bank account
  • Can I exchange an item?
    You can return the item within 30 days of delivery and place another order for the desired item
  • Do you accept returns?
    If you are unsatisfied with a product, you can return it unused within 30 days of delivery and you will receive a full refund.
  • Are returns free?
    Yes, Returns are free unless you return a used item, a partial amount will be deducted from refund.
